About The Glass Walk Program

The glass walk program is a three hour program that combines elements of  experiential learning, NLP and Neuroscience to provide participants the opportunity  to experience and achieve breakthroughs in areas of personal & professional life.

Our Approach to Ourselves
While most of us have this notion of thinking of ourselves as open – minded and  objective, in fact our approach to ourselves, our situations, and people around us is  often filtered and even obscured by our perceptions born out of our values & beliefs, our upbringing, and our experiences. If we allow these filters to rule our minds and in turn, our thinking, we will constantly be underestimating our capabilities and thus, not performing to our full potential.

Achieving Breakthroughs – Session Overview -

Session 1: Demons in the Mind
In this session, we see those filters for what they are – an all-pervasive influence that  profoundly colours our relationships with people, circumstances, and even ourselves.  An awareness of these filters, and recognition of the striking limits that they impose,  allows for a refreshing freedom. People, situations, and our approach to life alter  dramatically.

Session 2: Visualising Goals & Roadblocks
Participants experience a session on visualising their professional & personal goals,  get associated with them deeply, and then, also think about roadblocks they are  likely to face in that journey.

Session 3: Empowerment - Doing the Glass Walk
During this session, we demonstrate how a high level of motivation and  determination to achieve ones goals can make seemingly impossible tasks, possible  - walking bare feet on broken glass, not sustaining any cuts or injuries, and reaching  your goal. Participants get to experience huge ‘highs’ and ‘a-ha’ moments as they  undertake the glass walk, and feel truly empowered to overcome challenges that  they may face in the context of their goals.

Session 4: Anchoring
All learning happens in the subconscious mind, and the experience from the glass  walk is no exception. However, in order to derive the full benefit of this powerful  experience, participants are taken through the steps of anchoring the experience for  future use.

Session 5: Go For Gold !
It’s great to make a commitment after the adrenaline rush of the glass walk, and  that’s how we end the session – by getting participants to make a commitment towards achieving their goals.

The Final Word

A lot of people go through life with beliefs that limit their ability to perform to  potential. The glass walk program provides us an opportunity to break such limiting beliefs and achieve more in life, personally and professionally, and experience lasting  happiness!!
