Training Need Identification & Analysis

We partner with organizations to identify and catalogue training needs of the proposed target group or of the organization. Our experts then analyse gaps in performance using proven methodologies to assess where your employees currently are, and where your organization wants them to be.

The TNI takes into consideration not only the existing situation in your organization but, to some extent, the post training scenario as well. The process is therefore, often complex and extensive. The process of identification is collaborative and involves the participation of key stakeholders of the organization and the Force Tech team.

Identifying Training Needs for Different Competencies.

Sources for Identifying Training Needs

  • Job Description / Profile
  • Pre – training survey of participants’ needs
  • One – on – one interaction with senior stakeholders
  • Force Tech’s experience from previous TNA’s

Analysing Training Needs
Once training needs have been identified, we analyse and translate them into specific topics and modules that constitute the contents. A four step process is applied in this exercise:

  • Consolidation of data and information gathered from different sources and through various methods
  • Prioritising the needs to get maximum value for financial and human resources invested in the programme
  • Identifying and including micro needs shared by participants
  • Striking a balance between macro and micro needs

The process described above then leads to the setting of Programme Objectives
