A few minutes can make a huge difference. We provide services along the entire readiness continuum, from preparedness and response planning to response and recovery and post-event evaluations.

We first help businesses and corporations build or enhance their emergency & safety programmes and then provide quality training services to empower their designated Floor Wardens & ERT (Emergency Response Team) members to spring into action with a clear plan and the knowledge necessary to respond immediately to likely emergencies in support of corporate BCM. We have successfully delivered customized ERT training programmes at various MNC facilities across India.

Emergency Preparedness and Response Planning (EPRP) in Support of Business Continuity Management. - As military veterans, most of our team members have been in the trenches and the literal line of fire. Harnessing the collective knowledge as professional responders, we pass on real-life lessons and information to create a safe and self-sufficient workplace. We know what works and what doesn’t - because we’ve been there. You won’t find such in-depth knowledge in a training manual or an online training course.

First Aid Training - Timely First Aid, the single most important factor which can save a life during a life threatening accident. Through this Programme we enable hundreds of people to be the difference in their workplace and outside of work – to protect their colleagues, family, friends and members of the community.

Fire Fighting - When faced with extraordinary situations, anything can happen. With proper training and education, the ability to make the right decisions in these extraordinary situations is essential. Force Tech’s firefighting training courses are aimed at teaching basic firefighting skills in order to minimise loss of life and property, by extinguishing fires in their early stages. The best method of stopping a fire is to prevent it. The actions taken to control a fire during the first few minutes will determine whether it can be contained or not.

Security & Vendor Staff Training - Force Tech Training also provides skills training to security guarding, housekeeping, maintenance and allied staff so that they suitably perform their designated roles as first responders or otherwise in emergency situations. We also have unique soft skills programmes for such vendor staff that will improve their efficiency and team work.
